RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Avenhairs purchase. Here's how we handle returns fairly.

✅ Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unworn & in original packaging
  • Item must be in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase (order number / receipt) is required

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • 🚫 Used, worn or washed hair products (for hygiene reasons)
  • 🚫 Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • 🚫 Custom or personalized orders (custom colour/size)
  • 🚫 Items returned after 7 days of delivery

🔁 Exchange Policy:

  • ✅ We happily exchange items for a different size or colour if the product is unused
  • ✅ Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • ✅ Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

💰 Refund Process:

  • ✅ Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • ✅ Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • ✅ Shipping charges are non-refundable

  2. Describe the reason for return with photos if applicable
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process within 24–48 hours

⚠️ Important: Due to hygiene standards, we strictly cannot accept returns on opened or used hair products. Please choose carefully.
