RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your Avenhairs purchase. Here's how we handle returns fairly.
✅ Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unworn & in original packaging
- Item must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase (order number / receipt) is required
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- 🚫 Used, worn or washed hair products (for hygiene reasons)
- 🚫 Items damaged due to customer misuse
- 🚫 Custom or personalized orders (custom colour/size)
- 🚫 Items returned after 7 days of delivery
🔁 Exchange Policy:
- ✅ We happily exchange items for a different size or colour if the product is unused
- ✅ Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- ✅ Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
💰 Refund Process:
- ✅ Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- ✅ Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- ✅ Shipping charges are non-refundable

- Describe the reason for return with photos if applicable
- Our team will guide you through the return process within 24–48 hours
